This combination of 2 great companies will create an agricultural brokerage company, one of the largest in the U.S., that will set the gold standard for traditional brokerage services. While the primary focus remains on fats and oils, Moving Parts also brings insight into other agricultural commodities.  Services include market discovery, inbound logistics, and contract management, as well as offering our customers commodity risk management services and the strategic approach those services bring. All Francis-Mustoe employees and services (phone numbers, emails, etc) will remain unchanged.   Although the agreement was finalized in January 2024, it will take several more years to fully merge these two businesses into one.
